Church policy is hard.

We make it simple.

Church policy is hard because it takes so much time away from your ministry.  You have to write it, teach it, monitor it, enforce it, refine it, and just when you think you have it down, things change and you have to write it again.  You did not go to seminary for church policy to take away so much time from ministry, leadership development, disciple making, and sermon preparation.  There is a way you can get back to the ministry of prayer and the Word.
We make church policy simple by writing and maintaining it for you so that you can focus on doing ministry.  We provide your church with a custom web-based policy manual.  We make sure to provide you with policy that balances church growth and ministry with legal compliance and risk management.  Managing Attorney Josh Bryant  leads Church General Counsel, a law firm and church administration consulting group for church leaders.

Custom Online Policy & Process Manual

Churches need a way to document their processes.  Processes are based on policies.  Policies are determined consistent with bylaws.  Bylaws are grounded in the Word of God.  God's Word is written and so are church bylaws.  But church policies, and to a greater extent church processes, are usually scattered throughout the church or only exist in the minds of ministers, pastors, and church leaders.  As a result, leaders and volunteers all do things differently.  That inconsistency leads to inconsistent churches.  Inconsistent churches are not optimally secure, effective and efficient.  But volunteers that follow repeatable processes make the church more efficient.  As processes are repeated they can be refined, making the church more effective.  As an attorney reviews and guides the church on those processes, the church becomes more secure.
