Josh Bryant is an attorney and ordained pastor living in Northwest Arkansas. He has eleven years of legal experience, the last six of which have been strictly dedicated to providing legal services on a general counsel and ad hoc basis. As a pastor and attorney, Josh Bryant understands the need to balance ministry needs and church growth with legal compliance and best practices. He has experience dealing with issues that churches face such as bylaws and church governance, good church policy manuals that provide protection while still fueling church growth, copyright and other intellectual property, child protection, employment issues, facility security, capital campaigns, property, leasing, building projects, events that carry inherent risks, and more.
Josh Bryant has an undergraduate degree in History and Political Science from Henderson State University, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law, and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University Baptist Theological Seminary. He is pursuing his doctorate in ethics from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Josh Bryant is licensed to practice by the Arkansas Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts in the Western and Eastern District of Arkansas, and the Eighth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
