Policy & Process Management
Purpose does not drive the church; process does. Your car has a purpose: to get you from one place to another. But anyone who has ever had car troubles knows that the purpose in and of itself does little to accomplish that task. Car troubles arise when one step in a complex process breaks down: the fuel injectors fail, spark plugs don't have power to ignite the gasoline, a broken belt keeps everything from turning properly. The purpose of the car hasn't changed from when it ran like new; its the process that's changed.
The same is true for the church. When there are broken processes the church sputters and clunks down the road, but the purpose of the church remains the same: make disciples.

Here is how we help churches tune up their processes.
